Unlock Code Refund Policy:
All our unlock codes are verified for international use before issue and as such we are unable to offer refunds due to the nature of this non-tangible electronic product. We offer after sales support and always provide full instructions for entering the unlock codes into your phone. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a valid IMEI number and phone model.
Were errors are made by the customer in supplying incorrect information such as providing an invalid IMEI, PRD, handset model, or Original Network Provider, this will result in an incorrect code being generated by our system, we will not issue a reefund in such case.
Cancellations are subject to a Network Code Generation Reservation Surcharge of £1.40 from any advance payment received. This covers NCG Code Allocation, Admin, and Service Fee's applied to all acceptable orders and is non refundable. Furthermore once an unlock code has been issued and sent by our system to the designated email address, the order can not be cancelled and is deemed to have been provided in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.
Please double-check all your phones details before submitting the information to us, as we are unable to provide a refund without being able to establish that the code issued has not been used by the customer in accordance with our terms of sale.
In exceptional circumstances and were we are satisfied that the unlock code supplied has not been used, or were a refund request is received prior to the code being issued a refund can be given.
